You're welcome to post in the Marketplace if you're offering or seeking an opportunity. You'll be able to select from an approved list of categories to ensure your post aligns with our guidelines.
Real Estate Coaching & Mentorship Posts Not Allowed - To keep our Marketplace focused on investment opportunities and resources, we do not allow any posts related to real estate coaching or mentorship programs—this includes direct offers or indirect "work-arounds." This policy helps maintain clarity and value for all members, and there are no exceptions. If a post is flagged by a Hive member or the RE Investor Hive Team for violating this rule, it will be removed and a warning will be issued. Repeated violations may lead to suspension or removal from the community. Thank you for helping us keep the Hive a focused and trustworthy space for real estate investors.

If you'd like to connect further, you can start a conversation by sending a direct message and requesting additional contact details, like an email or phone number, if both parties are comfortable. To maintain the integrity of our community, we ask that members use the directory respectfully. The Hive is built on trust, and we do not support unsolicited outreach or behavior that feels intrusive or opportunistic.
